Beyonce and Jay-Z dropped a whopping 70,000 NOT to redecorate thier home..but on the DINING ROOM TABLE ALONE…yea it was so big it took a crane to get it into thier appartment in New York…and no thats not me being sassy..it really did take a crane. …for reelz

Sean Penn and Madonna are still very good friends.

Gavin and Gwens 1st son Kingston is having some trouble adjusting to the new baby, ZUMA. He does ok from time to time, but when gwen shows her too much attention….Kingston has to lay the smackdown!

So after taking 3 weeks off of my running ( RIGHT In the middle of my half-marathon training) I know its wasnt by choice….trust me
Anyway…
got back into my training yesterday..picked back up at 5 miles…wasnt so bad…think ill be ok if i pick back up with my training..
Oh yea..ps…when you havnt run in 3 weeks..and then you run 5 miles…
ouchie…I almost couldnt roll over in bed last night because I was so sore…
but im BREEZY
today is another 5
4 on wed
then 6 on Friday
next week I dont go below 5 ever again til the race
its 5 ..then 5..then 10..my first ten mile run is next friday..
BUT.,..if i can infact do 10..then i can do the race..its my mind over matter trickery philosophy and im stickin to it!
