I’m so proud of Eva. We found out today that she worked at wendys hamburger joint for three years when she was a young teenager. I have a whole new respect for her. She has paid her dues. Can you imagine running into anyone like her at a Wendys in Memphis. Big no on that.

Hey here is my daughter jessica working for Karen today. cute.
and my wife vicki’s amazing incredible “what’s Hot” dipping sauce. We used it on shrimp and chicken sausage….It’s amazing. try it and open your own restaurant. blue ribbon.

What’s Hot dipping sauce

2 sticks butter, melted
1 TBS chopped fresh ginger
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup white wine vinegar
3 TBS rice vinegar
2 TBS soy sauce
1 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked Spanish paprika
Generous splash of your favorite sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the melted butter with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Use as a dip for grilled shrimp, sausage, crusty bread…any bite of something good!

what restaurant has the best pizza that I’ve had int two years? Boscos in midtown.

Here is a video of a woman…who found a lion cub injured on the side of the road…she nursed him back to health and got him healthy. When he was too big for her to keep she gave him over to a local zoo. Here is what happened the first time she went to visit him when he was older.

Very funny. He had a few suggestions for my daughter Jessica and the guy I was setting her up with on the radio today. Jessica was my guest host today since Karen is in the hospital. (Karen is sore…and recovering slowly…she had some girl stuff done and none of it was life threatening)
Also on thursday’s show …funny chef and southern queen….Paula Dean….I love her. Listen for her thursday…she has a big announcement to make to the world.

This past weekend I was out and about and snapped some killer photo’s and karen took this shot of brett and myself throwing the ball at the barbq last week. The cotton shot was in arkansas. enjoy. Karen out for a couple of weeks say a prayer for her surgery. I ‘m sure she’ll be fine. Its a girl thing.Memorial day coming up…also one last photo of the big snake I killed on saturday…..

I;m back from the dead. If you haven’t been listening, I recently got bit by a tick in Arkansas and it turned into Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. How many people do you know that have come down with it? none. 2,000 a year in the USA. If untreated you could die. I was close to it….It was the sickest that I’ve ever been in my life. Still recovering> be careful this summer…cutting the grass…looking for lost golf balls….trimming trees( thats what I did)…they are out there. They wait for a carrier to walk by and they pounce. Look what happened to Sara Jessica Parker. Its a big TICK on her head. She should get that checked…its good to be back.
