last night I fell asleep at about nine oclock and got up today at about 8;45am. I never get that much sleep. I love sleep. Never underestimate the power of a great nights sleep. Go to bed early…turn the tv off in 2008 and get up and listen to our show.I’m off all week. Gone to the world of the ski. details and photos later this week. happy new year.
P.S. my resolutions…more exercise and more sleep. eat better.And start my own personal fight against litter in this area.ron

Maria was on the show today. She is the host of “Clash of the Choirs”. I am in love with her…I got to be honest. If she can make soup as good as my wife does…I’m leaving with her and plan on raising our kids in Los angeles. I’m serious.ron

the lyrics to every song that 93x plays on the air? Have a cookie and remember that God had a special plan when he gave us Karen.

$608,000 raised thru the efforts of a great Make a Wish staff. It really was a united front. “When we work together, we can literally move mountains”..said karen perrin. We were tired…a good tired. Thanks again for caring.

We got a call at the radio station this morning…I overheard Ron talking to a woman….who lost everything this Christmas. Not exactly sure how, I believe through a fire….has nothing for Christmas…no bed to sleep on…no couch to sit on..no kitchen table to eat on..nothing.

I have her name and number….her name is Angela by the way…..and if you can help in anyway possible…that would be so great for Angela and her family this year.

If you have an old couch that maybe you were plannin on getting rid of..or selling…or an old matress..with some spare sheets… anything at all for this family so they can feel like they have “something” this Christmas.

Its times like this we all try to focus on things that we DO have rather than what we DONT have….ANgela is a good example of this.

Count your blessings this Christmas and thank God for all the things you have…your health…your home…your family…and yes..even something as small to you…as a bed to sleep in at night.

I know this time of year there are 10000000 charities asking for your $$$ your time…your help and you can give or not give to all..a few…or one of them…

I know its hard to give to all…damn near impossible, but if you have anything you can spare for Angela and her family this year…..
